This brief of  "Experimental Photography" gave
us a selection of techniques, I chose Tricolour
due to me not using it in the past and wanting to
widen my photographic knowledge in using Tricolour
and seeing what it can do.For me these two images mean
the most to me because as I resident of a council estate
I wanted to show people the brighter side, that
they aren't all run down and they are nice places to live.
My brief for this photo shoot was to create a front
cover and a double page spread for a magazine, I
chose to do Dazed and Confused. The theme of my
shoot was Urban Eve, Eve of Adam and Eve and give
it a modern twist. I wanted to show people what Eve
may be depicted as if she was born in these times and
that she doesn't have to be a biblical image.
The image was was picked from my "Anti-fairytale"
brief. I decided to do Little Red Riding Hood sniffing
cocaine in the woods. This image provoked thoughts of
what this generation is perceived to look like. I wanted
to create a statement that not everyone lives in a fairytale
and that people may turn a blind eye towards the real
world.
These photographic images are selected from my "Utopia/Dystopia" brief.
I chose the theme of Alice and Wonderland, which already has the idea of
two different worlds. The image below I created for "Dystopia", giving the
appearance of a more sinister Alice. I found that choosing Alice as the
"Dystopia" would give a different spin, since everyone always views her as an
innocent young child. The image above is "Utopia", having the image of freedom
and fun. I gave the single character of Alice movement to make it look like she's
moving through the frame making the picture come to life
The next set of images I shot using a Large Format camera, I set the lighting
so it would create dark shadows upon him. The one bellow I think gives an
aggressive cocky feel, because this is a CD cover and middle I wanted it to be
dramatic. Above is the front cover I really enjoyed shooting one I feel like i put
my mood at that moment it time, I felt like these images related to me.
The next image below is of the Carling Academy Sheffield,
I planned to shoot the image because there were changing and
refurbishing the venue to O2. I wanted to keep a piece of the older
Sheffield for my portfolio.  The image above I captured in Cornwall, I wanted
to capture the peaceful atmosphere there. I personally find this image Calming and
eye catching this is one of my best work.

These two images were shot when I was given my first camera, I wanted to explore
my camera and the way it works with taking different images. This image shows my interest in vintage cameras, I wanted to show how beautiful they look compared to the modern camera. In the bottom
image I was trying to express my feelings towards my boyfriend I have created a postcard
from the image.
